How to Disable services:

Access the “Start Menu“
Type in “services.msc” in the search line and press “Enter“. (Alternately you can open the “Control Panel“, locate the “Administrative Tools” icon and click on “Services“.)
Go to a service property page to set it to Automatic/Manual or Disabled. Right click on the service name and choose “Properties”.

What you can disable:


Application Experience
Computer Browser (Disable this if you’re not joining any network)
Desktop Windows Manager Session Manager (Disable this if you don’t want the aero effects)
Diagnostic Policy Service
Distributed Link Tracking Client
IP Helper
Offline Files
Portable Device Enumerator Service
Print Spooler (Disable this if you do not have a printer)
Protected Storage
Remote Registry (Disable it for more Security)
Secondary Logon
Security Center
Server (Disable if you’re not running any network or intranet)
Tablet PC Input Service
TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper
Themes (Disable if you do not want aero and good visual appearance
Windows Error Reporting Service
Windows Media Center Service Launcher
Windows Search (Disable it if you hardly use Windows Search feature)
Windows Time (Disable this if you are not synchronizing system time with Internet time automatically)

Resetting windows password using Ubuntu Live CD or DVD

REQUIREMENTS:
For this hack you will require the Ubuntu Live CD or Knoppix or BACKTRACK and CD or DVD drive in the victim's PC whom admin or administrator account you want to hack.

Steps to Hack or reset the Windows administrator password:

Insert Ubuntu Live CD and boot from it.
Open terminal and install chntpw in Ubuntu. To do so use the following commands.
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install chntpw

"It is included in many security focused Linux distributions such as BackTrack and Knoppix STD.So no need to download chntpw for Knoppix or Backtrack"

Now mount your Windows volume. In my case it was dev/sda1. Replace it with yours.
sudo mkdir /media/WINDOWS
sudo mount /dev/sda1 /media/WINDOWS
Now navigate to the Windows configuration folder.
cd /media/WINDOWS/WINDOWS/system32/config/
To reset the administrator password enter
sudo chntpw SAM
After completing this command you will see 5 different choices. Select the 1st one and press Enter and its done.
Now restart your system, it will not ask any password.

7. Copy/Paste the link that you want to download to Firefox.


FILESERVE OR FILESONIC Instructions:

1. Open www.fileserve.com
2. Now on firefox click tools>cookie editor
3. Now in the top of cookie editor you will see a filter bar
4. Now in filter bar search fileserve
5. The cookie name is PHPSESSID
6. Now copy the Premium Cookie to the content bar. Click on save.
7. Copy/Paste the link that you want to download to Firefox.


RAPIDSHARE Instructions:

1. Sign in with your Rapidshare free account.
2. From the Firefox menu, click to Tools then select Cookie Editor.
3. Now in filter bar search for Rapidshare
4. The cookie name is ENC ( you need to sign-in first to rapidshare before you can see the cookie enc ) .
5. Now copy the Premium Cookie to the content bar. Click on save.

1. Sign in with your megaupload free account.

5. Now copy the Premium Cookie to the content bar. Click on save.
